Fear do we allow it to control us? Or do we push through the barrier/block to find out the UNKNOWN?
You know that moment or situation in your life that comes up & you get that incredibly intense moment of fear you either cry, get angry, excited & butterflies in your stomach with all those beautiful mixed emotions as your trying to figure out what your heart compass is trying to tell you without holding yourself back.
When we choose to not embrace the FEAR we might be missing out on opportunities that could help us grow and find out more about our true selves.
It’s okay to hesitate we are human and believe in me I hesitate and fear takes over and it’s completely okay. But when that moment comes up again for you to walk through breath and feel all those intense moments and walk through and see what happens, it can even be a small step.
When you do walk through and you are on that other side of the fear that is the moment you have chosen for yourself to grow. We know deep down/inner voice/inner child is saying walk through just do it take a chance on yourself, follow your heart and see what it will bring closer to you. But do we actually do this?
Why do we do this to ourselves why do we hold ourselves back from our desires, dreams, goals, a life of happiness and love, adventure or travel or taking risks on ourselves? It could be a number of reasons why we hold ourselves back it could be a belief, blocks, being uncomfortable, don’t want to rock the boat, friends, family, co-workers, strangers, the unknown, failure, judgement, the what if, that's not normal?
Did you have a moment last year or the start of the new year where you feared the unknown and not followed your heart compass? What stopped you from starting your own business? Travelling the world or work overseas? Start a new career? Fall in love, being truly happy, finding out who you truly are deep down, explore new adventures, make new friends reconnect with old friends, relationships where it ended or starting a new one, school or no school, move or don’t move, holding on to things/people that don’t make you happy and not allowing yourself to let go so you can be who you are and be truly happy.
Now I ask you to take a journal and really take a moment and think about those moments you feared and the moments you pushed through. This will help find out more about yourself and what you hesitated on. Then write one of those fears that you would like to push through and choose to walk into the unknown. You have free will and free choice to make this decision only you know what your heart desires.
If I have to leave you with one thing, Know that I believe in YOU! You are a strong beautiful incredible soul you can do anything your heart desires. Trust in yourself and Believe in yourself!
