R3ME is right for anyone who is open to receiving energy healing work.
What kind of a commitment should I expect when I start my healing journey? (Eg., in terms of sessions, time, program or other work I should be doing?)
Healing sessions are 60 to 90 min's long each. You can choose to do healing sessions once a month, twice a month, or whatever you’d like—this depends on you. My goal in providing energy healing services is to help you to the point where you no longer feel that you need me, rather you only come in for another session when needed, or for maintenance. (Of course, if you love experiencing energy work all the time, there is no such thing as over-doing it with energy work.)
For the healing chambers program there are 12 +- sessions a month & a monthly healing guided meditation. The 12 +- sessions you come to as many as you can each month, as the program is designed to leap forward to living a life you love with a cosmic healing awareness.
I’m nervous about energy work. Is it right for me?
I believe energy work is right for anyone as long as they feel open to it. Energy work is personal and can release a lot of energy and emotions, so it is important that you feel comfortable and safe before, during, and after your session.. If at any point during your session, you don’t feel ready to release or move forward, or a question comes up that you don’t feel ready for, we can pause or end the session. You will know what is best for you—trust your heart.
How do I know energy healing works? I can’t see it.
This can be a big one for anyone, and I completely understand that it’s difficult to believe what you can’t see. I have testimonials on my website and reviews on my Facebook page for you to read about how the healing services I provide have helped others. I believe that everyone should have a chance to experience energy healing for themselves.
I’m brand new to energy work. How can I prepare for a session?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session so you don’t feel rushed and have time to relax before your session begins. Drink water—make sure you’re well-hydrated before your session.. Come with an open mind—you’ll want to feel open to what comes up and what might be released in your session. During your session, you may experience strong feelings, physical sensations, or strong visual imagery—know that this is normal, and while it might be unsettling or even scary, that you are in a positive, light, safe space. If there is anything I can do to help you feel more comfortable and safe for your session, please let me know—your comfort is important to me.
What can I expect from an online/distance session?
With distance healing there is no need for you to travel! You can stay home and get super comfy in a quiet space in your home to receive a healing. I recommend that you make sure no one around you will disturb you during your session. We’ll meet through Zoom, which is an online program (don’t have Zoom? Download it—it’s free!).
I will have music playing to help you stay in your relaxed state. Throughout the session, I will be sending energy healing to you. Once the session is complete, I will ring my crystal bowl three times, and guide you through meditation to bring you back into your body.
What can I do to integrate the effects of a session?
I always recommend that you drink lots of water after a session.
Be aware of your emotions—as you may be releasing them for a couple of days, I highly recommend keeping a journal to see what feelings come up and what may be triggering you. (When feelings do arise, close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, and sigh it out through your mouth—do this a few times and then breathe in through your nose and out your nose. This helps calm your mind, body, and soul releases emotions, and provides a calming effect.)
I highly recommend doing any self care practices that work for you and that you enjoy, like going for walks, taking long baths, or moving your body in a way that works for you.
How do you accept payment?
I accept payment for online sessions through PayPal (credit or debit) or Stripe (credit card only). All information collected through R3MagicalEssence.com is protected securely through SSL.
What is the late/cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, kindly provide 48 hours notice. No Shows/No Contact: No refunds that would be there payment. unless it's for certain circumstances. Late arrivals will cut into appointment time to keep the day on-schedule. No-shows will be charged.
Should I continue to seek a professional medical and or physical treatment and advice?
Yes, I suggest that you continue to seek a medical professional’s advice and treatment. Ideally, your energetic healing services act as a complement to any medical treatment or advice you’ve received—we’re working as a team to help promote your optimal health!
What is the availiblity for the services, program & courses?
*One on one Healing Sessions are on Wednesday & Saturdays.
**Healing Chambers group program rotates each week due to me teaching Reiki to new students. But we would meet Monday, Wednesday & Friday and the other week Tuesday & Thursday. Then the monthly healing mediation is on a Saturday.
***Reiki Trainings are 2 or 3 days 9 hours each day and online with me.
Timezone on my booking invitee isn't reflecting correctly when i booked with Calendly.
Calendly intelligently detects the time zone of your device settings. When you visit the scheduling page and receive a confirmation email, the meeting time will be displayed in your time zone. Generally when this happens only on the confirmation page, it's because you have a time zone setting that is incorrect on your browser or calendar. You canfollow these stepsto check and fix these settings if you would like.
