Self Love Meditation Workshop
When was the last time you felt like you were truly receiving love?
How would it feel to create space for self-love and practice the act of unconditionally loving yourself without guilt, resentment, or fear of upsetting those around you?
What if you could release your attachment to pleasing others and stop the viscous cycle of self-sabotage?
I’ve been there and know that countless others are right there with you. The act of receiving love and of loving oneself is a practice and I have a workshop to help you begin walking the path of true and unconditional love once and for all.
In this workshop you will reconnect with the notion that you are deserving of love from others and from yourself.
Beginning with a meditation to invite in the FEELING of unconditional love, you will access the innermost part of you that knows that you deserve to feel this magic all the time.
Your spiritual team will be invited to open you up to the realm of possibility that comes with unconditional love and activate your senses to guide you toward taking action to receive pure love in your life.
Following the meditation we will debrief and discuss ways to continue to release the binds that have held you back from receiving love from yourself and others for so long.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye cover, pen & journal, water and an open mind.
You will leave with a new perspective on what it means to love yourself and receive love from others as well as a renewed spirit to seek love in your life every day.
