Class - Group Meditation Every Monday at 5pm MST - Online
This is an online group meditation, where we meet online through zoom. So there is no need to leave your home. You get to stay in the comfort of your home where you can create a meditation healing nest.
All you need is to find a quite space, grab a blanket, pillow anything that will make you warm and comfortable. Have water for before and after the session and a journal to write anything down before and after the session.
This event will be Mondays from 5 pm -6 pm MST with a 30 min after to talk or ask questions. The meditation will run for an hour and the extra 30 min is to decompress and ask questions and to see what came through from your spiritual team.
*It is $20 per person and you will receive a zoom link for the event by email.
My Meditation sessions aren't what they seem, they are always different. It is something to experience for the first time to see what it brings to you. It's about going so much deeper and connecting to yourself, who you believe in and believing in the impossible.
You probably wondering what is Meditation?
Well, Meditation is about reconnecting with yourself and others and being more open and mindful of your life and surroundings. It can bring in balance into your life and help declutter the mind from your personal to your business life.
We are surrounded by electronics, lights, noises and different emotions that we hold in our mind body and soul that we become disconnected and lose touch with ourselves and others. When we meditate more we become more mindful of our lives and everyone else, from family, friends, strangers, animals and plants and we are able to really take a moment and listen and be engaging.
When you meditate it brings a sense of calmness, peace, love, clarity and understanding to yourself and others in your life. You start to notice things you didn’t before as your mind has opened up to more amazing new possibilities.
But are you wondering can i really meditate?? Let me tell you Yes everyone and anyone can meditate even if it is just for 5 minutes a day. Those 5 minutes a day can start bringing in peace into your life.
